If you didn’t find your tracking number via email, you can contact our customer service via info@slopesandtown.com with your name and order number and we can help you with a tracking number.

What are my shipping method options?

We currently ship all web store orders via UPS

I do not live in the EU; do you ship internationally?

We also ship to UK, US and Switzerland. Standard delivery is:

United Kingdom - 9 EUR 

United States - 10 EUR

Switzerland - 15 EUR

Free delivery for orders above 100 EUR. 

United Kingdom:

• Please note: our store does not charge VAT on UK orders, payment of VAT to the UK customs is the responsibility of a customer.  

How much VAT should you expect to pay:

around 20% on the total amount of your purchase (excl shipping cost)

United States:

• Please note: payment of US import duties is the responsibility of a customer. 

How much import duties should you expect to pay: 

recycled belts  - 3% of the total value of the belts

bamboo socks - 15% of the total value of the socks

beanies and scarves - 10% of the total value of the items 

Switzerland:

• Please note: our store does not charge VAT on CHE orders, payment of VAT to the CHE customs is the responsibility of a customer.

Return rules

You can return an article for free up to 90 days after receiving it.

Items that have not been worn and are in their original packaging may be returned within 90 days after receiving them. You may try on the items to see whether they fit and if the model meets your expectations. You cannot exchange items. When we receive the return package we will reimburse the amount, using the original payment method, to your account.

Make sure the items you want to return are properly packaged.

Did you receive my return? When do I get my refund?

 Once your package is received the refund will be issued within 2 business days and you will receive an confirmation email to your account. Refunds are made to the account the order was placed from. 

The products that you’ve send back to us will be checked and reimbursed.

Please note, it can take up to 14 days for funds to appear on your account for orders placed with credit card.
